As you may know, margins in this industry tend to be quite tight. To ensure we can cover our expenses, we have a minimum order quantity of 5 pieces. However, we understand that there may be special situations, so feel free to reach out to us for further discussion. 


Yes, we're happy to arrange a visit to showcase our quality before placing a bulk order.


We can arrange a meeting to discuss pricing and arrangements for higher quantities.


Our phones are pre-owned and undergo rigorous testing to ensure their quality and performance. If a phone is brand new, it will be clearly indicated. 


For used phones, we provide a 30-day warranty. For brand new phones, they come with the manufacturer's warranty. 


Absolutely. Our customers can always count on us for after-sales support and technical assistance. 


Currently, we exclusively offer local delivery within Central Florida. However, in the event that shipping is required, the cost will be determined based on the specific nature of the transaction. 


Absolutely, you can certainly return or exchange phones in case of defects or if you receive a different model than expected. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the phones do not have any active iCloud accounts associated with them, and they should match the grade described in the invoice.


Currently, we accept ACH and Zelle for payments. While we're open to considering other methods, please note that any additional merchant fees associated with alternative payment methods will be added to the invoice.


We strive to replenish our inventory regularly, aiming for a weekly basis. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that occasionally affect our inventory availability. 

LCD BuyBack

LCD buyback is a process where repair shops sell their broken LCD screens to a recycling or refurbishing company for a monetary value.


LCD buyback allows you to recover some value from damaged screens that would otherwise be discarded. It's an eco-friendly option and can provide an additional source of revenue.


Typically, LCD screens with cracked glass, good LCD  and functional issues are eligible. 


No, you don't have to worry about shipping. We conduct on-site testing and payment, so there's no need to send the screens to us. This ensures a seamless and efficient process for you. 


Generally, screens are categorized into grades A, B, and C, with distinctions made for "no touch" screens. For OLED screens, any shadow on the LCD may affect pricing. We've established a straightforward system with fewer grades to ensure fairness. It's important to note that issues like no touch, severe damage, or a medium to strong shadow on the LCD have different pricing, as they are beyond our control. We strive to offer the best value possible for your screens.


Screens that are beyond repair, especially those with broken LCDs, unfortunately, have no value for buyback.

Delivery

Yes, we provide direct delivery services to phone stores in Central Florida. Please note that delivery may take up to 48 hours to reach your location.

Our local delivery service covers a radius that includes Orlando, Kissimmee, Sanford, and the surrounding areas. Our team can provide you with specific details based on your location.

No, there is no minimum order quantity (MOQ),We are willing to take the risk and test any quantity available. Our goal is to make the process as convenient as possible for you. 

Yes, absolutely. We understand the importance of accommodating your schedule. You can request a specific delivery time window for pick-up, and we'll do our best to arrange it accordingly. Your convenience is our priority.
