For used phones, we provide a 30-day warranty. For brand new phones, they come with the manufacturer's warranty.

- How do you handle shipping and delivery of bulk orders? What are the associated costs?
Currently, we exclusively offer local delivery within Central Florida. However, in the event that shipping is required, the cost will be determined based on the specific nature of the transaction.
- Can I return or exchange phones if they have defects or if I receive the wrong model?
Absolutely, you can certainly return or exchange phones in case of defects or if you receive a different model than expected. To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the phones do not have any active iCloud accounts associated with them, and they should match the grade described in the invoice.
- Are there any specific payment terms or methods for bulk orders?
Currently, we accept ACH and Zelle for payments. While we're open to considering other methods, please note that any additional merchant fees associated with alternative payment methods will be added to the invoice.

- Do I need to prepare the screens in any specific way before sending them for buyback?
No, you don't have to worry about shipping. We conduct on-site testing and payment, so there's no need to send the screens to us. This ensures a seamless and efficient process for you.
- How is the buyback value determined for broken screens?
Generally, screens are categorized into grades A, B, and C, with distinctions made for "no touch" screens. For OLED screens, any shadow on the LCD may affect pricing. We've established a straightforward system with fewer grades to ensure fairness. It's important to note that issues like no touch, severe damage, or a medium to strong shadow on the LCD have different pricing, as they are beyond our control. We strive to offer the best value possible for your screens.
- What should I do with screens that are beyond repair and not eligible for buyback?
Screens that are beyond repair, especially those with broken LCDs, unfortunately, have no value for buyback.
